GuardMC is a micro-polish. It levels the clear coat until a light scratch stops catching light. It cannot fill a gouge that has gone through the paint, and we tell you that on the product page before you buy.
If GuardMC does not remove your mark, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full. You keep the kit — there is nothing to send back and no form to fill out.
How to request a refund
- Email support@guardmc.store with your order number.
- Attach one photo of the mark after you used the kit.
- We approve or reply with questions within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the package and its contents. We ship a replacement at our cost. No return required.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they leave our warehouse. We usually dispatch within 1 business day, so email us as soon as possible.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Deep gouges, dents, rust, cracked or peeling clear coat, and chips where the paint is missing entirely. No polish can fix these, and the product page states this before purchase.
- Use on matte paint, satin wraps, vinyl or textured surfaces, which the instructions tell you to avoid.
Returns address
We do not require returns. Please do not ship anything back without emailing us first — packages sent without an approved return cannot be processed.
