REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind GuardMC. If the product does not work on your
paint, we refund you in full within 30 days of delivery.

You do not need to ship anything back. Email us a photo of the
area you treated and we will process your refund. Keep the kit.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@guardmc.store within 30 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • A photo of the treated area

We reply within 1 business day and process approved refunds
within 2 business days.

WHEN YOUR REFUND ARRIVES

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on
your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5-10
business days after we process them.

WHAT GUARDMC DOES AND DOES NOT FIX

GuardMC is designed for light surface scratches, scuffs and
swirl marks in the clear coat. It reduces or removes their
appearance.

It is not a body-shop repair. It will not fill deep scratches
that have cut through to the primer or bare metal, and it will
not repair dents or cracked paint. Deep damage may look
lighter, but it will still be visible.

We would rather tell you this before you buy than refund you
after.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email
support@guardmc.store with a photo within 30 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not
be asked to return anything.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they
ship. Email support@guardmc.store as soon as possible. Orders
placed before 3 PM ET usually ship the same business day.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be
refunded.
