Shipping
Every GuardMC order ships free from our United States warehouse. We do not ship from overseas, and you will not be asked to pay customs or import fees.
Processing time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and US public holidays, go out the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Multi-pack orders arrive in more than one parcel
If you order the 2-pack or 3-pack, your packs are dispatched separately and can arrive on different days — usually within 48 hours of each other. You get a tracking number for each parcel. Nothing is missing: the rest is on its way.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email the moment each parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
If your order is late
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email support@guardmc.store with your order number. We open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we reship or refund at your choice.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reship free once. Email us as soon as you notice the mistake — if the order has not dispatched we can still correct it.
